1 Description of Service

Mitch's Directory operates Sundaynotaries.com, a directory designed to connect the public with notary professionals who are open and available for business on Sundays. We offer paid "Featured Listing" subscriptions for notaries who wish to be highlighted in our directory.

2 Notary Responsibilities and Accuracy

Sunday Availability: To maintain a featured listing, you must actively operate and offer notary services on Sundays. If you cease Sunday operations, you must notify us, and you will no longer be eligible for a featured listing.

Credential Verification: We do not actively verify state commissions or licenses. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid, active notary commission in your jurisdiction and operate in accordance with all state and local laws.

Listing Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your listing, including contact details, operating hours, and location.

3 Billing and Subscriptions

Variable Pricing: The monthly subscription fee for a featured listing varies based on city size and the number of competitors in your market. Your specific rate will be presented to you prior to checkout.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly recurring charges to your payment method on file.

Taxes: Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.

Grace Period: If your monthly payment fails, we provide a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully processed after 3 days, your featured listing will be removed.

4 Refund Policy

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service.

5 Cancellation and Termination

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Alternatively, you may cancel by emailing us at mitchsdirectory@gmail.com.

Notice Period for Email Cancellations: If you cancel via email, you must provide at least seven (7) days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend, remove, or terminate your featured listing at any time, without a refund, if we determine you have violated these Terms (e.g., fraudulent activity, suspended license, no longer operating on Sundays, or consistent negative user feedback).

6 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Results: Mitch's Directory makes no representations or warranties regarding the success of your listing. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, clients, website traffic, or revenue as a result of your featured subscription.

Directory Status: We are strictly an informational directory and marketing platform. We do not employ the notaries listed on our site.

Limitation of Liability: Mitch's Directory shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, errors, omissions, or legal issues arising between the notary and the client. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mitch's Directory from any claims arising out of the notary services you provide.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
